苹果虽然停止了对Iphone一代的支持，固件更新到3.1.3截止了，但是国外的牛人却没有停止对Iphone的努力。虽然Iphone一代不能更新到IOS4，但是我们却可以通过刷新牛人自制的固件升级到伪IOS4，这个固件是基于IOS3.1.3的，但是却可以实现很多全新的功能，我也在探索中，就不和你吹牛了，但是依然向推荐。
好了废话不多说直接上稿：
Installation Guide
This process is safe and tested, but you are doing this at your own risk. For this reason we suggest to backup your data. we absolutely recommend that you make a clean installation without restoring from a backup. We will not provide support if this rule is not respected.
Download the firmware for your device from the download page. Read carefully informations about package to choose the right one for you! . You will find the whited00r firmware (.ipsw) decompressing the zip folder (use 7-Zip on Windows or TheUnharchiver on MacOS). We suggest using Google Chrome or a download manager for the download.
Open iTunes on the screen about your device. Click on RESTORE holding ALT (MacOS) or SHIFT (Windows) at the same time and select the whited00r firmware (.ipsw) from you computer.
After installation (could take up to 15 minutes, wait for automatic reboot) iTunes will ask you if you want to restore from a backup. Please choose “Set up a new iPhone/iPod” to improve speed and avoid strange problems. Clean installation is better and the the only way to get our support!
升级步骤我就不做翻译了，会折腾的人一定看得懂，对这方面不太熟悉的，希望你可以通过工具得以解决。
